I love talking about my favorite things. I am a firm believer in the power of word of mouth. So when I get an opportunity to talk about the products I love I shout it from the rooftops because I want you to love it as much as I do. I just love hearing your favorite things too and I am always asking my Facebook fans for their opinions on things so I can hopefully make good purchases – because that is what we women do. We get other women’s advice don’t we? And, in case you are wondering, NONE OF THESE companies are paying me to tell you about them.
1. YouCopia SpiceStack ($19.99 – $39.99)
(I wrote about it here). It is skinny and a perfect fit for my cabinet. You can order a wider one on Amazon as well. You can find spice jars at the Dollar Tree that fit perfectly if yours are oversized.
2. Fitbit One ($89.99)
I have been on a quest to lose weight this year. I plan on sharing my story in 2014 about the changes I have made in my lifestyle. But, without a shadow of doubt, the Fitbit One has been one of the best purchases I have made. It tracks my steps (pedometer), calories burned, and the quality of my sleep. It also syncs up to My Fitness Pal (a free app on the Iphone) and gives me an accurate record of how many calories I am burning. If you are trying to lose weight or want to stay more active I highly recommend the Fit Bit. I just clip mine on my bra and wear it all day. At night you can put it in a wrist cuff to track sleep.
 3. ColorGlide Pro ($22.99)
This 4-pack of tubes with attachable plastic hanging rack is awesome. I have all the colors in my house in these painting tubes for easy touch-up painting. There is a place to write your color name on the side. The best part is it comes with a sponge dauber on the end so you don’t have to get a brush out. I grab these all the time when the kiddos scuff up my walls.
4. Rockwell LithiumTech 3RILL -$99
So I have had a Dewalt drill for a year now. You know, the big daddy, yellow and black, end all be all drill? Well when Rockwell sent me their Rockwell LithiumTech 3RILL I fell in love. It is a drill, driver and screwdriver in one and it is waaaaaay lighter than my Dewalt and I never have an issue with overscrewing. Sorry Dewalt, I will take my 3hrill. And did you know you get FREE BATERRIES FOR LIFE with a Rockwell tool? Double bonus!
5. Neu Year Calendar – $19
I wrote about this last year but being a family where everyone has their hobbies, sports and activities to be at proves difficult to manage. In addition to having a monthly calendar, we have to have a yearly calendar. I keep this Neu Year calendar on the back of my closet door and it helps keep track of the school year, vacation schedules birthdays, etc. It is dry erase so you can wipe it clean as well. You can buy a normal calendar or you can start it on Monday if that helps you plan better.
6. Skinny Cow Dreamy Clusters or Skinny Cow Heavenly Peanut Butter Crisp
I have shared before how I have an insatiable sweet tooth. It is bad people. Like I could eat Oreos for breakfast, cookies for lunch and snow cones for dinner bad. But I am learning a girl can’t live on those alone…ha! To help curb my sweet tooth without packing on the calories I choose these Skinny Cow Dreamy Clusters (120 calories) or the Skinny Cow Heavenly Crisp Peanut Butter bars (110 calories). It is just enough to curb my craving and make me feel satisfied. Because let’s be honest who is really just satisfied with one Oreo?
7. iPhone 5C Wallet Case ($7)
I love wallet cases for my phones. It has just enough slots for my debit card and drivers license so I don’t need to drag my purse everywhere with me. I had one for my old Iphone 4 that didn’t last long because of its inferior materials. I got this one on Amazon and it is holding up really well and it is easy to wipe clean.
8. Jamberry Nail Shields ($15 or $$11.25 if you buy 4)
I love me some cute fingers and toes. If you follow me on Instagram you may have seen my white chevron Jamberry nails. I have loved, for the last two years, the Sally Hansen Salon Effects nail stickers but they are so limited on the patterns. Jamberry has hundreds of options and YOU CAN EVEN DESIGN YOUR OWN!. Here are two of the ones I have worn.
And I just ordered these four…
If you decide to try these out I highly recommend using the rice bag method of application (just do a Youtube search to know what I mean).
9. LUSH Bath Bombs ($5.95 each)
And last but not least I absolutely love taking long, hot baths. When I really feel like splurging, or my husband feels like spoiling me, I will have a LUSH bath bomb in my water. They are so divine and make your skin smell amazing and feel so soft. But they are pricey little guys so it doesn’t happen very often. Anyone have another bath bomb idea that is just as luxurious? I would love to try them out.
Love your list, Becky!!! That spice rack made my heart skip a beat!
Ahhh, I love it! You should totally get one.
I LOOOOOVE Lush Bath Bombs! Just looking at your picture made me want to go to the store!
Ha! 😉
great roundup… have been using Sally Hansen nail decals and love them, but you’re right – the range is a little limited so I’m happy to hear about Jamberry! Thanks for the tip (could have made a bit of effort with a pun there, but hey, its too close to Christmas and too early in the morning)!
Ha! Definitely check out Jamberry. I’m totally obsessed with them.
