Floral Centerpiece with Tulips

It is about this time of year that I am dying for winter to be over.  This year I decided to use some leftover 2×4’s to create a pretty floral centerpiece that I can have out year round.  I added tulips to the mini test tubes to create a beautiful centerpiece for my kitchen table.
