What If the Thing That Needs Waking Up… Is Your Marriage?

A romantic moment capturing a bride and groom holding hands in elegant wedding attire indoors.

Hopefully you have read my post about what are the energies available in the sky as of now summer of 2025. And, hopefully, you’re now aware of the huge shift.
You get it. Life’s been beige. The universe is practically throwing thunderbolts to get your attention.

But now let’s get even more real.

What if the dullness in your life isn’t just your job, or your routine, or your general apathy?

What if it’s your marriage?

What if that is the place where the life force has flatlined?

Let’s Be Honest.

There are marriages that are stormy, explosive, dramatic.

A romantic moment capturing a bride and groom holding hands in elegant wedding attire indoors.

And then there are marriages that are… quiet. Lifeless.
Where no one’s fighting. But no one’s touching either.
No one’s laughing. Or growing. Or turning toward each other with that curious sparkle that says, “Who are you today?”

Instead, it’s:
Schedules. Bills. Chores.
The occasional TV show you both half-watch while scrolling.
And maybe (just maybe) a twice-a-year “date night” that feels more like an obligation than a reunion.

Sound familiar?

If so, you’re not alone.
This is what I call the Zombie Marriage:
Still technically alive, but the soul is long gone.

But guess what? This rare cosmic energy we’re under right now?
It doesn’t let the soul stay gone.
It’s shaking it loose.

And you have a choice.

You Can Try to Resurrect It or Bless It and Let It Go.

This triangle in the sky is not telling you to stay or to leave.
But it is telling you to wake the hell up and choose consciously.

So let’s break it down:

1. Ask Yourself: Are We Just Roommates?

You don’t have to be at war to be disconnected.
Sometimes the deadliest marriage is the calm one, where there’s no intimacy, no emotional truth, and no mutual evolution.

If you feel like housemates who co-parent or co-pay the mortgage but don’t share life anymore…
That’s your wake-up call.

This energy is asking: Do you want this to be your story forever?

2. If There’s Still a Spark… Fan It.

Maybe you’re not dead.
Maybe you’re just asleep.

This is the perfect time to do something brave:

  • Speak an uncomfortable truth.
  • Ask for what you actually need in bed.
  • Plan a trip just for the two of you… no distractions.
  • Try therapy again 🥴 but this time, with open hearts instead of folded arms.

Be radically honest. Be curious again.
Stop performing and start revealing.

Your partner might surprise you.

3. If It’s Truly Dead… Have the Courage to End It With Grace.

Some marriages were built on survival, not truth.
On expectations, not connection.
On what you thought you should do, not what you deeply wanted.

And that’s okay. You didn’t fail.
You just outgrew a version of yourself (and maybe each other).

This energy is permission to break the trance.
To lovingly let go.
To co-parent consciously.
To reimagine family, love, and commitment outside the old mold.

Midlife is not too late to start again.
And staying just because you’re scared of the unknown?
That’s how you guarantee more numb years ahead.

You deserve aliveness.

And so do your kids 😓 they need to see what real love looks like.
Not two silent people who haven’t touched in months.

4. Most Importantly: Do the Inner Work.

Whether you stay or go, the key is this:

Don’t outsource your awakening.

It’s not your partner’s job to fix your boredom, your numbness, or your unlived dreams.

This rare energy in the sky isn’t just about changing circumstances.
It’s about changing you.

You don’t need to burn your whole life down.
But you do need to stop pretending you’re okay with mediocrity.

Your soul is tired of whispering.
It’s time to roar.

So now what?

Maybe it starts with a hard conversation tonight.
Or maybe it starts with a journal and a glass of wine and a very honest talk with yourself.

Either way: this is the moment.

Don’t go back to sleep.

Your marriage, your future, your one wild life…
They’re all waiting.

And the sky?
The sky is wide open.
