Displaying Kids Art on the Wall–{Hot Tip!}

School is over and summer is well underway.  But I bet if you are anything like our family you have kept special papers, report cards, and art projects all in some type of bin, box or folder.  One of the things I have noticed about my kids is that the more I showcase their projects the more they try.  I love decorating with my kids’ art work and I find that they feel such a sense of pride when their artwork “makes it” on our walls.

5 Ways to Get This Look: Banquette Dining

 I found this amazing dining area with banquette seating, pictured at Better Homes and Gardens.   There are lots of things that appeal to me about this space:  the natural lighting, the banquette seating, the simple drum shade,  the cheerful fabrics, and the gallery-style artwork above the windows.  I challenged myself to find at least five tutorials for projects that might help me replicate the look of this room.
