So my husband and I went to Utah for the weekend to ski at the Canyons Ski Resort.

It was gorgeous and they had gotten 17” of snow the previous 24 hours.   The snow capped trees were breathtaking.

We usually go away this time of year for the weekend – just the two of us (I highly recommend this!).   Not only did I have a blast skiing I got to meet up with some of my favorite bloggers!

Lara & Char

Shelley, Tauni & Marie

Then on Saturday Amy from The Idea Room and her husband came and skied with Tim and I.   Our husbands were such sports to hang out altogether after never meeting one another. We had a wonderful time and hope to do it again sometime soon.

So I am trying to get back into the swing of things and out of vacation mode, which is easier said than done.

  1. Haha! We just went skiing 2 weekends ago in NC. You'd laugh. It was 55 degrees, sunny, fake snow, little hills. My kind of skiing! I assume since you're friends with all those great ladies that you'll be at Creative Estates? I won my ticket from Shelley and can't wait to meet everyone! Wish I lived over near on the same side of the country as all of my favorite bloggers!
