Emotional Selfcare

In life, difficult things happen and wonderful things happen. All are part of the game, the cards that we have to play with. But we must acknowledge that the secret to happiness is to surrender and here’s how.

Those who don’t suffer from what is happening realize that there is no other option that makes sense but to say yes to what is happening already.

Fighting against life or blaming oneself for what has happened is useless.

The key to happiness lies in surrendering to what is.

Accepting what is happening or has happened simply means accepting that it is happening or has happened even if your egoic self is not pleased with it.

Interestingly, acceptance and resistance can occur simultaneously within you.

Your egoic self, through the flow of thoughts, may be resisting and complaining about what it doesn’t like.

But let it be.

No matter what your flow of thoughts is spewing or thinking, because you know that the self that resists life is imaginary.

You are actually the one in touch with the deepest truth about life: everything is unfolding as it should.

Much of the pain in life comes from resistance, anger, fear, and sadness that arise from one’s attitude about what is happening, not from the events themselves.

The unpleasant feelings that often accompany so-called “bad things” make things feel much worse than they should.

People cause their own suffering without even realizing their role in it.

Don’t be one of them.

I propose that you use a very powerful tool to clear and dissolve the root causes of current obstacles and self-sabotage.

You can do it yourself. A Regression and Healing session with your soul to let go of burdens that no longer belong to you at once.

A Regression Session on Yourself

Regression therapy typically involves accessing past memories or experiences, often from childhood or earlier in life, to address present-day issues or traumas.

While professional regression therapy is conducted by trained therapists, there are some self-guided techniques you can try.

Steps for Self-guided Regression

Prepare Yourself:

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. It’s essential to feel relaxed and open to the process. You may want to practice some relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation beforehand.

Set an Intention:

Before beginning the regression, set a clear intention for what you want to explore or heal. This could be a specific issue, emotion, or pattern that you’re struggling with in your present life.

Enter a Trance State:

Regression often involves accessing subconscious memories, which can be facilitated by entering a trance-like state. You can achieve this through various techniques such as guided meditation, visualization, or self-hypnosis. Experiment with different methods to find what works best for you.

Access Memories:

Once you’re in a relaxed state, begin to focus on the intention you set earlier. Allow your mind to drift back in time, trusting that relevant memories or experiences will come to the surface. Pay attention to any images, sensations, emotions, or thoughts that arise.

Explore the Memory:

As memories or scenes emerge, observe them without judgment. Allow yourself to fully experience the moment, including any associated feelings or insights. You may uncover hidden emotions, beliefs, or patterns that contribute to your present-day challenges.

Release and Heal:

While revisiting past memories can be emotional, remember that you’re doing this to promote healing and understanding. Practice self-compassion and forgiveness towards yourself and others involved in the memory. Use affirmations, visualization, or other techniques to release any negative energy or trauma associated with the experience.

Reflect and Integrate:

After the regression, take some time to reflect on what you’ve discovered. Journaling can be a helpful tool for processing your insights and integrating them into your present life. Consider how you can apply this newfound understanding to support your healing and personal growth.

Seek Support if Needed:

While self-guided regression can be a valuable tool for self-exploration, it’s essential to recognize your limits. If you encounter overwhelming emotions or trauma during the process, don’t hesitate to seek support from a qualified therapist or counselor.

Be very aware that self-guided regression may not be suitable for everyone, especially for those dealing with severe trauma or mental health concerns.

If you have any doubts or concerns about the process, it’s always best to consult with a professional therapist who specializes in regression therapy.
