I have so many odds and ends in my studio that I don’t know where to put. I also have one huge wall with nothing on it. So I figured hanging pegboard on the blank wall was a marriage made in heaven. So I asked my father-in-law to do the honors. He loves projects like me and he knows when he comes to my house he can’t get away without me asking him to do something.

My hubby also helped along with their little…ahem…helper (climber). (I had to change the picture to black and white because there was a horrible glare off the light and orange walls.)

Wahla!!!! A whole 4 foot by 8 foot wall of pegboard. The possibilities are endless with the things I can hang on this bad boy.

I started adding a few of my supplies. I want to go back to Home Depot or Menards and see what other hanging options are available. I would love to get these, these, these, or these. Wouldn’t that be fun?

  1. Oh, I love all those little dividers you linked to! I’m jealous that you got to put up such a large piece of peg board…my wall is much tinier (more like, a corner behind a closet door!) One thing I am using on my peg board is soup cans covered in scrap book paper and mod podge (of course). I just drilled a hole in the back and use them to hold tons of paint brushes, pens, exacto knives and such. Just be sure to add the little plastic clips to your hangers so they stay in place! Looks great! 🙂

  2. HaHa! Look at that little guy go… was that the first and only time? I would have freaked if it was my boy. Your studio is really coming along great.

  3. I am so jealous! I totally need one of these too! Sigh, I could really hang so many important crafty things within easy reach.

  4. I’m jealous your FIL did stuff for you. Mine was more than willing, but I swear, my MIL jumped in and wouldn’t let him…he loved making stuff and I always made sure that he could use his tons of scrap wood that he’d collected for decades to do it with…honestly…but she interferred….unless it was Favorite Son who wanted something…then it was okay.

  5. I will not approve on it. I assume nice post. Especially the designation attracted me to review the sound story.

  6. I am the kind of guy who enjoys to taste different things. Presently I'm building my own solar panels. I'm managing it all by myself without the aid of my staff. I'm using the net as the only path to acheive that. I discovered a really awesome site that explains how to build solar panels and wind generators. The site explains all the steps needed for solar panel construction.

I'm not exactly sure bout how correct the information given there is. If some guys over here who have xp with these works can have a see and give your feedback in the thread it would be awesome and I'd highly treasure it, cauze I extremely enjoy solar panel construction.
