Ok last night I decided instead to get rid of my body pillow. The more I thought about it the more I was convinced that was my problem. So I locked my body pillow in the closet, kept my air purifier on, and grabbed two new pillows to replace my body pillow. I did, however, sleep in my room.
Verdict: I woke up at 6:30 a.m and had to sneeze once and blow my nose three times. A total improvement.
Plan tonight: I am thinking I need to clean my nose before I go to bed, and of course trash my body pillow and buy a new one. So I am going to use the Neti-Pot before I go to sleep tonight so I have a squeeky clean nose before I go to bed. I will let you know tomorrow how it goes.
hmmmm…word verif isn’t looking too bad! LOL….
ok, came to comment and saw the spam so I just had to say something!
oh, the neti-pot. I’ve done it..it’s quite the experience.
have fun!
I came across your blog via another blog…have you considered dust mite allergies? Buy dust mite encasements for your mattress, box spring, and pillows. I had sinus infections monthly for a year. Encased all my bedding…no more infections or congestion. If I sleep on my guest bed while watching my son upstairs (no encasements), I wake up congested, raging headache. I also encased my daughter’s bedding (same issues). She no longer has sinus infections/morning congestion. I bought mine at a local allergy store (Allergy, Air & More, they are online), but I’ve seen cheaper versions at Target. I hope it helps!
