Love Birds Pillow

The winner of the Mad Monogram giveaway is Loui who said “so many lovelies to choose from! my personal favorite? two..  the multi blue glass bead bracelet, and the black and silver dangle heart bracelet. make me the winner please! warmest hugs!

I have been working on the seating area with my newly upholstered wing back chairs.  Last week I had sent my two-tiered table into My Design Guide and let them work their magic.

If you remember one of the things they suggested was some red velour pillows on the wingback chairs.90000059acc06Of course at $35.00 a piece I knew I could make them and be much happier with my DIY price tag .  So $10 in faux suede red material later I have two 14” x 14” pillows.  I already had the pillow forms from other pillows in the room.  They add the pop of color to the chairs and tie in window treatments. I needed another pillow on the other chair.  So I designed an embroidered love birds one to match my Nest pillow.IMG_2009Isn’t it a tweet scene?  Ok sorry…that was bad, I couldn’t resist.

IMG_2008I am really into making pillows lately.  I have another one to show you soon.

If you are interested in purchasing a love birds pillow click on my etsy shop to order one.

I am working on the two-tiered table accessories and hope to show you the final product at the end of the week.

Aren’t the chairs just perfect now?  I LOVES them and I am so totally proud of them.  Every time I walk past that area I smile.

Those are beautiful! I love the bold patterns of the chairs- I really wish I knew how to sew!

I have a proposition for you! I'm in the process of re-designing our dining room, and we have a beautiful brass chandelier that I'd like to redo. Would you either be interested in helping me out personally, or pointing me to some of your blog posts for a tutorial? I looked for the baby pink chandelier redo that you posted in the past, but I can't find it anymore.

After I'm done, I'd love to feature you on my blog:) Thanks so much! Let me know….
