This past week I went into the new La-Z-Boy store here in Columbus, Ohio.  I must say, every time I am in there I am reminded at how much they offer.  While Xerox is to photocopies, what La-Z-Boy is to recliners I must tell you it is so much more than recliners.  If the last time you heard of La-Z-Boy was when your dad got a new recliner I challenge you to find a store and go visit. You will be wowed! They have all sorts of furniture, home decor, art, accessories and more.  A couple of years back I got to participate in a white room kinda challenge for them that was probably one of my most favorite blogging events I have ever been on.  You can read more about the event here.  But here was the room I designed for them in 48 hours.

And all of the accessories, furniture, art, vases, pillows, blankets, etc., was all from LZB.

Well La-Z-Boy has just announced their latest accent chair called the Nolita.  It isn’t even in stores yet, but one of you get to win it before you can buy it. It’s a petite, armless slipper chair is part of the new Urban Attitudes collection.

The best part is you can completely customize any of their furniture.  So you can get the Nolita tufted, untufted, leather, or you can pick one of their patterned fabric choices.  Here are some of their fabric choices that I love.

So while the Nolita is a smaller chair it is still huge on comfort, just like La-Z-Boy furniture is known to be.  Click on the Rafflecopter widget below for your chances to win.

  1. I would la la LOVE the Nolita in my living room. A grey linen or microfiber would be lovely!

  2. Love the Nolita! I think it would look perfect in the family room of our new home. My favorite pattern is the Pure Petals (K110094). Our family room is a mix of white and light blue walls with light tan furniture and I think this would be the perfect accent piece with that pop of color we need!

  3. We are actually shopping for a chair for our living room to replace a really old one and this would be perfect! We’d pick something relatively neutral with maybe creams and golds.

  4. I would like to put a leather Nolita in the living room–it would go great with the wood accents!

  5. I think I would put this in our bedroom. We could use a subtle touch of color in there, so a geometric or nature inspired print in grey with accents of a bright color would be perfect.

  6. I could really use this in my new house!!! I’ll need a comfy spot to sit at my new vanity in the master bath…

  7. Cute chair! I could see using it at my vanity upstairs, or as extra seating in the living room.

  8. I love the smaller-scale furniture that is available more and more. It helps make rooms look sooo much more spacious.
I’m downsizing (starting a new, single chapter of my life) and am moving out of my big house and into a smaller one. I am looking forward to making the new place my own — picking out everything without having to compromise (or argue or pull teeth) with anyone else. 😉
The Nolita would fit perfectly in the living room as easy extra seating. The armless look helps to make it look open and modern. I think that it’d be great in a really punchy, colorful fabric like Flamingo! I

  9. i’ve never touched our master bedroom since we moved in 13 years ago – and it is in sad shape. i would use this chair as the jumping-off point in redesigning the room to suit our taste and needs.
