I don’t think I have ever been more grateful for my Home Right Finish Max paint sprayer! I just spent over 10 days spraying the new cabinets in my studio a creamy white color. Yes, you heard me right, 10 days!!
If I had to hand paint all 34 cabinets, 34 doors, 34 shelves, and 12 drawers it would have taken me a month. If you have been following for a while, you have already seen my craft studio progress.
I am so excited to get this space in my newish home done. It has been utter insanity with my craft stuff still packed in boxes, some in the garage and some in the make shift studio space.
In the midst of this paintpalooza Home Right launched another new product: The spray shelter.
This lightweight tent is perfect to protect your work surface from overspray, especially if you paint in your garage.
I was too spread out to use this for my cabinets but I did use it to protect our cars in our driveway from a quick gust of wind as I was spraying.
Yes it is big enough to put the front part of my van in.
However, I will mostly use it for small furniture type projects.
Is The HomeRight Spray Tent Shelter Easy To Set Up?
It is easy to put up with two people. It would probably be more challenging to put up solo, but not impossible. I have seen Gail, from My Repurposed Life do it successfully.
In fact, here is a video of her putting it up if you decide to buy one.
Also check my other post where I buy and review the smaller version for smaller projects.
All you have to do is lay a drop cloth or painter’s tarp down under the spray shelter to cover the ground.
And then you can spray away and not worry about painting the bikes, cars, lawn mowers and anything else you store in your garage.
This is going to be so awesome in the winter when spraying outside in the snow isn’t an option.
It is annoying it is after the winter season to wipe down all the stuff in my garage. All from the overspray of my winter’s projects.

Beckie!
How clever to put it over your vehicle! hahahah made me giggle, but I SOOO get it!
Thanks for linking to My Repurposed Life for the spray shelter setup. I appreciate it.
wishing you lots of luck on finishing up your huge project. I need to do something like that in a non-purpose room I have… right now it’s serving no purpose except to hold junk! hmmmm you might inspire me to actually tackle that room over the winter when it’s too cold to work outside.
