Happy Saturday! This past week I shared concrete planters I made using drop cloth. You all know I love outside-the-box ideas so it inspired me to look around for other creative garden containers. I found bahoodles of them and was, of course, drawn to the repurposed items with a little bit of quirk. These five creative garden containers had me swooning!
Julee found rainboots at the thrift store for only three dollars, drilled holes in them, and added packing peanuts, soil, and flowers. How darling!
My friend Roeshel of The DIY Show Off added terra cotta pots to an old chandelier to turn it into a pretty hanging planter for her porch.
Ann from On Sutton Place turned a collection of vintage washtubs into a container garden on her back porch. Galvanized metal always makes me happy!
Andrea of Queen B and Me added character to her front porch by stacking a couple of old chippy drawers as flower boxes.
One way Carlene at Organized Clutter adds interest to her garden is by using teapots as planters. How cute are they stacked on this ladder?!?
Take a look around your house this weekend. Visit a thrift store or yard sale! What could you turn into a creative garden container?
