Vinyl is the rage right now and I am all over it. Let’s take a look at some vinyl IC projects, shall we?
Ballard Designs Inspired Laundry Room Sign
Their vinyl is high quality, comes in a variety of colors and the best part is you can buy it by the sheet for $1.59. That way you don’t have 1000 feet of bright yellow when you only need a little bit.
Expressions Vinyl is offering 10% off to all IC readers using the code: GHOST through the end of the month.
Here are your chances to win.
1. Follow me on facebook.
2. Check out Expressions Vinyl and tell me the color you would love to try out.
3. Tell me what project you are currently working on or what project you have on the horizon.
Good luck and stay tuned tomorrow for another giveaway!
Thank you for the great resource! I got lost in all the colors! The "Dusted Crystal" really caught my eye! Fun!
Project that needs to be done soon: Replacing a vinyl telephone number on our church van. I did not know there was an "outdoor vinyl". Now I know where to get some! We paid someone for the original vinyl sign, but now I can do it for a whole lot cheaper! WooHoo!
Definitely would choose "Lipstick" especially because I love it's name! Okay, so it probably wouldn't work for my upcoming project…repainting my bathroom. I'm trying to plan something fabulous for the decor, but inspiration hasn't struck just yet! To match the color of the bathroom, it might need to be olive. Now you've got me thinking!
Oooh, Fabulous resource! Thanks! I'm a lover of black and brown… sounds boring, but can look spectacular. Hmmm… what am I working on? lots of different cards and projects!
I need several colors, but I would definitely pick the lime green first.
I have a list of seven projects for vinyl right now. The one I need to finish first would be the growth chart for my kids…you know, sometime before they're actually grown!!!
OMGosh! I am in L.O.V.E. With the specialty Chalkboard vinyl!
Projects… A family tree for my parents for Christmas!
No way! I love EV and buy from them all the time!
I follow you on FB!
I love all their heat transfer vinyl. I forgot to buy white last time, so as lame-o as it sounds, my favorite at the moment is white.
I'm planning on making a subway sign for my niece on the way.

I really like the black. It would look the best in my house!
I am currently working on my living room! Were a young married couple just starting out & are doing a little at a time!
I would like to try the chalkboard.
Project in the works is a fabric bird/ tree piece of artwork for my sisters nursery. I am going to try to make it with the swatches of fabric from the room.
I would love to try the silver vinyl. It looks so nice.
Thank you for picking my Halloween subway art pillow over on the CSI project this week :)!! Oh, as for the vinyl I would LOVE to play with the iron on vinyl (any color but probably black would be the most versatile)
I LOVE vinyl. I would get the dark red or the turquoise color. The red would go in my kitchen and the turquoise would go in my family room, that I'm hoping to change the colors to brown and turquoise soon.
Projects, hmmm…I am wanting to make a sign in my Italian themed kitchen to go above a window. So something in Italian. I've made one sign with vinyl and have vinyl words on the walls. So why not some more vinyl? 🙂
I follow you on FB!
LIKING you on Facebook!! Thanks for the chance to win with vinyl giveaway!
I'm wanting to create something on the long wall that you see directly in front of ya as you walk down our stairs into the family room…maybe our last name/established info… maybe even a phrase with it. Plus, many more ideas for other spots ;P
BLACK matte will absolutely match my home decor for the first project I have in mind….BUT the Dusted Crystal is a future must have! 😛
Wow i love all the colors, really, but the dark red one stands out as a fun color and with christmas just around the corner…

Honestly ever since i have seen your beautiful subway art, i have been dying to make one. You make everything look so easy, but it takes me a while to get anything done! I am going to make one!
tiffern (at) frontiernet (dot) net
How can one pick a color with so many fabulous ones? And when some, like myself, who has so many things I want to do especially with Christmas coming up. The Dark Red totally caught my eye since I just finished painting my kitchen and I want to put quote above my cupboards!!
There are so many colors I want to try, but I think I would go for the silver one first. My latest project is making a clock with Native American designs in vinyl
I'd like to try the chalkboard vinyl. I didn't know they made it!
Oops! That anonymous comment was mine, don't know what happened there. Currently I'm working on a big kitchen project, painting cabinets, adding beadboard, molding, etc. I'd love to take a break and try out some new vinyl. 🙂
I LOVE Expressions vinyl! I recently tried some of their iron-on vinyl and monogrammed all of my daughter's new clothes!

I "liked" you on Facebook!
The "Dusted Crystal" sounds really cool! I haven't seen vinyl anywhere else that looks like frosted glass. I sense a great Cricut project in the future!
One project on my wishlist is to cut out a medallion shape for my master bedroom. I have the design ready to go, so I don't really know what I'm waiting for…maybe this giveaway is the motivation I need!
I follow you on FB. 🙂
The project I'm currently working on is my little girl's 1 year birthday party (on Halloween). I'm creating pink/brown decorations…and vinyl lettering would be perfect for a cute "happy birthday" sign!
I like "lime-tree green".
i LOVE Expression vinyl! I think the next color I want to try would have to be the Chalkboard vinyl. What a FUN idea.
I'm a fan on Facebook. Never miss a beat.
My next project with my Silhouette is going to say…. "In All things, Give Thanks" to put in my kitchen. That – and to cut a big owl perched on a tree to put in my son's room. Can't wait!
I need the dark red and white! I want to cut an airplane and clouds decal for my son's room. He's 5 months and we didn't decorate his nursery the way we did for our daughter. Although we have a big girl room coming around the corner too!
Love so many colors, but brown and turquoise are my faves!
Project's now: have wooden plaques the need our house numbers for a project on our front step. Project's in the future – subway art!! I'm dying to have one of my own!!
Following you on Facebook! Don't know why it took me so long to do that in the first place! 🙂
I'm loving the chalkboard vinyl and the lipstick color!
I love all the colors but I cannever have enough black. I am working on some lapdesks now – presents for some kids we know.
I think that the Olive color would go well in my (hopefully soon) living room re-do.
The current thing I'm working on is repainting an ironing board cabinet.
I am gearing up for a kitchen re-do! First I have to convince my husband that it will look good to paint our kitchen cabinets….. working on that. Then I have to decide on a color! I have big plans for some vinyl in our living room and our kids rooms!
following you on facebook now!! THANKS!
Project: vinyl on old restored windows. So cool. thanks.

LOVE your blog…Facebook too!!
The dark red would match my country decor the best 🙂
I love the Burgundy and I'm in the process of decluttering my house from all the crap my husband and I have accumulated since both grandparents went into assisted living, my mother died, and our neighbor died – lots of stuff has migrated to our house and cannot deal with the clutter anymore! Meanwhile I am working on making Christmas gifts by knitting them and crafting them – I love a frugal Christmas!
I would have to get bubblegum pink and black, and white and brown. Oh, just pick the color I like . . .
I want to put vinyl on my kids walls that says prince or princess of a Heavenly King.
I am a FB fan.
I have a mailbox that totally needs help. I'm thinking some new vinyl numbers and a decorative swirl would look fabulous!

I love green…so dark green would be my first pick…
Two projects are in the works…a family subway art sign and silhouettes of my boys
Hmm, I've never used vinyl before but I think black, brown, or white would work for the projects that come to mind. As far as projects, I just finished my daughter's halloween tutu and am starting on fleece blankets for all the kiddos for christmas.
Im workin on a customized Halloween decoration and barn door headboard or shelf is on its way. Vinyl would look awesome on it. I really liked the white or nut brown would look great with my halloween decor and the turquoise would look perfect with the barn door wood ive got.
I'd love the lime green.

I follow on facebook!! So glad I do!!
I would love to use the black. I like to make an outdoor house number display. I have seen a couple examples that are sweet!!
I am also hoping to work on a vinyl display for my daughters room. I want something fun to make her walls just a little more exciting!
I have looked at the Vinyl Expressions website so many times and would love to try any color just for fun and experimentation. For some reason the color that jumped out a me today is Maize. The other entrants seem to have definite plans for the vinyl. Unfortunately, until I get the chance to play with it I don't know what I would do with it. My guess is that I would fall in love with the product and all Christmas gifts would include a bit of Vinyl Expressions.
Right now I am in the process of decorating my home for Halloween. What fun it would be to add some fun wall decorations.
I now follow you on Facebook and through your email updates.
I'm a Facebook fan!
Thanks.
I can't decide on just one color – I'd have a shopping spree on the Silhouette sheets!
Thanks!

And with Christmas coming I'd like to make a set of nativity blocks.

I LOVE the light yellow. But I also really like gentian and lime tree. so many great colors! (what I noticed that's AWESOME is that you can order it to fit whatever you need – cricut, silhouette, etc. Cool!)
the project I'm doing right now is Halloween costumes!! BUT, I would also love to put some vinyl up in my family room ("all because two people fell in love") AND I really want to do a vinyl family tree.
I want to try the Soft Pink and the Grey for projects in my baby girl's room and my boys' room.
I have been wanting to try my hand at some subway art.
Love the Celadon color! It's such a pretty neutral color – it could practically go anywhere!
Chelsea @ The Alexanders
