Hey ya’ll. Back in February the sweet ladies from Paper Crafts came to shoot my studio space for Volume 3 of their special edition Creative Spaces Magazine. The magazine was released today in craft stores, and online and I was so proud to see my studio in the same pages as some of my talented blogging friends such as Kristi and Kelli from Lolly Jane, (hiya ladies!). The issue is 132 pages of pure inspiration. If you are considering renovating or redoing your craft space you have to pick up the issue before you begin. It is packed with organization ideas, great use of space, color and patterns. And on page ____ you will see my mug and studio space.
My studio space is by far my favorite room in the house – and the one where I spend most of my time. I am a big fan of hidden storage so I built 9 enclosed cabinets to house all my craft stash.
But the biggest and most pinned project in all the room is my large craft island. Craft island {giggle} – yes that is totally a word. I would rather have a craft island forever than a week visit to any other island.
However, my favorite project in the room is my hidden paint storage shelf. You will have to click over to see what is behind it.

Totally amazing – so much space in the middle!! I want an island too! I have six tables head to head and I can sit 8 people, but I don’t have a space for myself. Gonna have to hire my crafty husband!
