Let me show you how to create this awesome Christmas Metallic Vignette. I have yet to bust out all of my Christmas decorations, including my tree. Traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday really makes it hard for the hubby to get the boxes out of the attic and get to decorating.
This weekend will be full on Christmas decorating for sure. I figured I could start out with the small boxes to create a couple of tabletop vignettes.
I am digging metallics this year and of course, I can’t ever seem to remove aqua from my décor. I just think it is the perfect pair to any color combo.
Did you know Lowes has a few really cute Christmas decorations? I will admit Lowes isn’t the first place I think of when it comes to pretty tabletop decor. But I scored this 19” mirrored tree for $19.97.
I love how the little mirrors on the Christmas tree play off the mirror behind it.
All the metallics and sparkle scream “Merry Christmas” to me.
I also bought the silver deer from Lowes as well. Look how proud he is standing watch over my table.
I flipped over my reversible table runner so the aqua, black and yellow plaid would show.
Then I added some gold filler and mini ornaments and a few things I had around the house to pull this look together.
I will show you soon how I made my silver and gold wreath.
It literally took 15 minutes.
Do you get the Lowe’s Creative Ideas Magazine?
For a free magazine it sure packs a punch with great ideas and simple ways to decorate and DIY your home.
Disclaimer: I am part of the Lowes Creative Ideas team and therefore received gift cards to complete this project. My opinions are all mine though.
