Well I listened to my faithful blogger buddies and I drove to the wedding. I think the train would have been a blast. But that early in the morning, being pregnant? No thanks, the smart part of my brain overcame the cheap part of my brain.

HELP! I am 16 weeks pregnant and I am still tired. I thought my second trimester I would supposed to have more energy. Where is it? Please tell me it isn’t possible I will feel this way my whole pregnancy. I am dying over here. Everyday I invite a neighborhood child over here to play with Isaac so I can lay around like a hairball and I won’t feel guilty for not entertaining my child. Seriously people what can I do to get some energy?

On a more fun note…I am having a cousins get together at my house this weekend with 7 of my others cousins/sisters. I am hoping it turns into an annual tradition. I have a lot of fun things planned and I am excited to spend that much quality time with them. Now if I can only do all the things required to get ready for the weekend then I will be in business.

  1. Have you tried taking iron supplements? I was super exhausted w/ my second until I started taking Iron – made a world of difference. The best one our there is called Floradix – liquid – tastes a bit yucky, but gets in your system quicker.

At least you’re having kids over to play with Isaac and not just parking him in front of the tv for hours.

I noticed you have the FPU link in your sidebar, if you have a chance go check out my post on Dave Ramsey sometime. Anyway, I was wondering about your altoid tin revamp, did it still smell like altoids afterwards?

  10. You need a hug. Get down here and I’ll give ya one. Just make Tim drive. I’ll cook you some southern stuff, Libbey can babysit and Caroline can occupy Isaac. Then you can sleep. And maybe help me with a few projects.

That’s just what I’m thinking, anyway.
