Apple tartlets

I am on a mission to reduce sugar and follow a healthier diet overall. One of the things I am more invested in is discovering which desserts can I make to satisfy me and my health. This Apple Tartlets totally achieve that!

Anything that does not come from the supermarket is pretty much a winner nowadays.

This is perfect for one person (so for you) when feeling peckish.


  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt
  • Optional: Stevia, honey, cinnamon, dark chocolate chips…

How You Make the Apple Tartlets

  • Cut the apple in chunks and mix with the egg and yogurt in a blender. Mix.
  • Add a bit of stevia or sweetener you wish.
  • Pour into a ramekin.
  • Bake at 160C for about 20 min.
  • Decorate with cinnamon and chocolate chips or any other thing you want to try.

It is truly delicious and low in carbs. Super Keto friendly.

Can you do this with another fruit?

Well, I bet you can and I will be trying shortly. However, as in love as I am with my apples…this one was the logical try for me.
