It’s that time of year where we all start paying a little more attention to our waistlines and [try to] stop eating junk food for every meal. I don’t know about you, but lunch is one of those things that can derail my day. Healthy breakfast? Check! Healthy dinner? Already prepped! Healthy lunch? Oh, shoot! I guess I’ll eat whatever I can find! Whether you’re headed to the office or just want some options for home lunches, here are five easy ways to make your lunch work for you, instead of against you!

1. Plan and Make Ahead
