Quick, everyone, we just have a couple weeks left to figure out what to give the men in our lives for Valentine’s Day! Some people claim the pressure is on the guys when it comes to gift-giving on the day of love, but I have to disagree. A guy can’t go wrong with flowers, chocolates, or jewelry…but it seems to take a little more effort for us girls to find gifts that will really knock the socks off our guys. So, I’ve searched the web to find gifts for men that are creative, romantic, and that you may just be able to make with a few simple supplies you already have on hand.
At Sarah Dawn Designs, Sarah found a way to express her love to her husband each and every day. She made this dry erase message board to leave sweet daily messages just for him.
Monica created an alphabet book with a reminder for each letter of why she loved her hubby. Learn how to make your own at I Love It All.
….is usually through his stomach, right? Becca found a way to spice things up for her Valentine with a saucy little snack basket and accompanying love note. Becca shares this fun idea and tells you how to get your own printable love note at Nap Time Journal.
4. Celebrate Your Unique Connection
Ladies, if a man thinks this is a great gift, you can’t go wrong. Chris at ManMadeDIY came up with this amazing custom artwork to present to his wife on Valentine’s Day. He provides instructions so that you can recreate this special sentiment.
Ever heard the saying, “Love is spelled T-I-M-E?” Shannon took the message to heart and presented her husband with the gift of 12 pre-planned dates, one for each month of the year. Check out her great ideas and how she recorded the memories they made at Find Joy in the Journey.
If you are low on cash this Valentine’s Day, check out my post on 5 Cheap Date Night Ideas. They may be inexpensive, but are A LOT OF FUN!
So, are you inspired? Maybe you’ve already come up with your own gift for that special someone. I’d love to hear your ideas!
Ooops! Something went wrong with your link to Monica’s project. Instead of the details about her alphabet book coming up, the link takes you to Sarah’s. I thought you’d want to know.
Thanks for the heads up, Grace! I fixed the problem–try clicking over there, now.
