My dear friend Stephanie from Somewhat Simple just launch her first e-journal for kids. This is perfect for the child that loves to write or doodle. My daughter isn’t old enough to do this yet but I am sure at age 6 she would love this. I got a copy of it and each page is so colorful and totally appeals to kids. Here is what she says about it…
Do you have a Kirkland’s near you? We actually got one a couple of years back in our town and I am amazed at their great prices on home décor items. I have done a few posts on the changes I am making to my downstairs color scheme. With a fresh coat of light gray on the walls, painted striped curtains, chalk painted sofa table, and new-to-me yellow ombre lamps I am well on my way to creating a space I love.
We had a blast hearing all the chatter as you were scurrying from one blog to the next trying to figure out who was who. Apparently I don’t change much because I heard “I picked you out first.” So either I never had an awkward phase or I am still in that awkward phase.
Just for kicks and giggles I have partnered with some of my favorite DIY bloggers to totally make fun of ourselves by showing our awkward moments as a teen, pre-teen or kid. Have you ever attended a home show in your city? For a home lover like myself these shows include everything home under one roof and also is a great place to find contractors and the like to help you with your home projects.
My little girl turned four on Saturday. I can hardly believe she is 4 already. Some of you have been around here long enough to remember when she was born. I know the move Tangled is so 2010 but Kayla is still way into it. So I again hit up Debbie from Wants & Wishes Design and used her Printable Rapunzel Tangled/Princess Collection party.
