Happy Easter Week! What fun things do you have planned for this weekend? I must say, I enjoy being a mom to a girl. Sans the drama and the whining – it can be so much fun. Kayla loves to primp and enjoys matching outfits (think Punky Brewster). So when I made her these bunny rabbit hair bows last year, as well as one to give a friend, she was ecstatic. So much so she even modeled for some pictures. Plus these are a great last minute craft you can whip up in 5 minutes.
Hi Infarrantly Creative readers, I am Ashley from Simply Designing and I am absolutely thrilled to be guest posting today on Beckie’s blog! One of my children’s favorite holidays is Valentine’s Day. We love to create fun Valentines to hand out, and don’t even get me started on the delicious treats that come out this time of year! One thing I am not a huge fan of is cheesy Valentine’s Day decor. So this year I wanted to create a few Valentine’s Day decorations that are fun and stylish!
What are you doing for Thanksgiving? Do you travel or host? Do you have multiple Thanksgivings because of both sides of the family? This year we are traveling to Michigan to see my dad for Thanksgiving as well as my husband’s side of the family. So I will be cooking at my dad’s house and eating at my grandma-in-law’s. Wait…I will be eating at both places (of course!) but thankfully one will be on Thursday and one will be on Friday. Oh joy!
I have partnered with Krylon this fall to create three projects from three different Mystery Boxes they sent me full of the most random stuff. The first Mystery Box was a Back-To-School theme in which I made a Pottery Barn knock-off command center. This next box was a Halloween theme. Inside it was 9 different objects that I got to use to create a Halloween masterpiece.
