Coral Painted Dresser

I am dying to find a dresser like this beautiful coral one that Destiny from A Place for Us painted.  It looks similar in shape to the yellow painted dresser I did for a friend.  The card catalog library pulls just makes me swoon.  This is Destiny’s debut project here on IC, so give her some love.  I know you will fall in love with her style like I did.

Painted Stained Table

stained-painted-finish

I had the  privilege  of redoing this round barrel like table for an Indy Style viewer.  The painted and stained combo is the perfect contrast in my book.  Adding just a bit of distressing ties in the cream paint with the darker stain.  Every month I am partnering with Indy Style, my local lifestyle show, {…Read More…}

Gossip Bench–{Roadkill Rescue}

gossip-bench-23.jpg

I got this bench from my friend Julie who owns this adorable little antique shop in downtown Franklin, Indiana called Salvage Sisters.   She bought a house “as is” with a truckload of furniture in it.   She was ready to throw a bunch of stuff out and I got to pick through it. YYAY {…Read More…}
