We had our first mow of the season. Try not to look at the pathetic state the homeowners before us left the yard. Remember it was a repo so it needs some major TLC. You should see the front…YOWSERS! But look at my little lamb with his daddy. How freaking adorable is that?

I WANT one!! You’re killin’ me here Beck. Hmmph.
OH MY GOSH! That is TOO CUTE! And T-shirts the same color too!
Cathy G
that is just WAY ADORABLE!!
Awwwwww……….my little lamb-chop cutting the lawn! Brings back memories. {{{sigh}}}
I bet if I looked hard enough,I could find a picture of you and your Dad cutting the lawn. As I recall you were about the same age as Isaac.
But the best part was when Dad sat down to have a cold beer you also sipped on your root beer. It was truly a Kodak moment. (wink)
Pretty freakin’ adorable
! Maybe you could get little one a lawnmower with an actual working blade. I’m sure John Deere makes one or something. Might as well get him working while he’s young
!
And as a two year gardener, soil is important–but all the stuff you want to grow isn’t that picky about it’s soil conditions. I would say just dump a bag or two of compost on there this year, till it in, and see how everything does. Then when you rake your yard next fall, throw all the leaves on top of the garden plot and let them rot on there. They make a great compost and keep the weeds down in spring till you’re ready to till them in and start again. Good luck! It’s an amazing feeling to be able to eat food you’ve grown yourself!
Priceless for sure
